Sync Outlook 2003 Calander with Windows Vista Calander

My computer runs Vista Ultimate. I use Outlook 2003 for my calander. Is
there any way I can get this calander to sync with the Windows Vista Calander
so that I an see upcoming appointments in the gadgets calander on the desktop?
 
the GADGET calendar is a stand alone weird object , no way found YET to have it sync with other calendars.
there maybe a 3rd party gadget that will, have not checked them all out.

There's a "Outlook Info" gadget that I use. It has a link to the Outlook
calendar and Inbox.
It also lists a few upcoming appointments, but doesn't show the dates.
