Sync MS Outlook Contacts info to a Blackberry

Does anyone have any good "proven to work" instructions on syncing MS Outlook
contacts to Blackberry???

Diane, I will not be the user just the messenger to someone however, I want
to be
sure the instructions received, if any, were used successfully before
forwarding them on.. Thanks

Diane, I won't be the user only the messenger passing the info on. i want to
be sure the instructions for doing this were used successful before passing
on..

There is really nothing to it if using Desktop Manager - it should be in the
DM help, although I will confess I never looked. It can be configured to
sync only specific categories and supports multiple folders.

If they are using BES, everything will sync down.
