Hi all,
I have a client that runs a small office and does not use an exchange
server. This client had only two computers, each with MS Office.
They want to use Outlook to send and receive mail and they want to make sure
that all mail is delivered to both machines. Meaning if one person logs on
and checks the mail the mail will be downloaded to that persons computer.
But now when the other person logs on to their computer and checks mail,
there won't be any because it's already been downloaded from the server. I
do not want to leave a copy of the mail on the ISP server because the client
will not and does not know how to check this and sooner or later the
allotted space will run out. I do not want to be "tied" to this problem if
there is a workaround.
Also they want to sync their calendars so if one person makes an entry it
will be seen on the other machines calendar as well.
This all has to happen automatically each and every time someone signs on to
their computer and checks Outlook, with no user intervention if possible.
I hope I have explained my problem well enough to get some suggestions on
how to deal with this issue.
Thanks,
D
