Sync Issue clean-up

I'd like to clean up items in Servers Failures in Sync Issues. I keep getting
in email jail due to my email file being too big. Yet I can't seem to find a
folder called Sync Issues\Server Failures

What makes you think that cleaning up that folder will help you with your
problem? What version of Outlook do you use? What type of account?
