What do you mean? Like the scrolling stops and skips? I've only seen
this when using the Maxthon browser. There are some tweaks to make it
better, but it never goes away.

If you are talking about just the pointer pauses and skips... well that
sounds like your CPU is too busy. Check the task manager and see what is
using most of your CPU time.
 
thanks bill, but I have checked that. Any diagnostic program that I could
run to indicate memory overuse?
