symbol for "at"

How do I type the symbol for "at". It is located on the
2 key but won't type it. Have tried alt plus control but
won't do it. New user

Try Shift+2.

Try Alt Gr + 2. The right Alt key.

If that doesn't work, the workaround is to engage NumLock, then
hold down Alt, then enter 064 on the numeric keypad on the
right, then release Alt, then disengage NumLock. Depending on
the program you may be able without NumLock or without the
leading zero.

But that's only a workaround. If you need it, you also want to
have your computer repaired.

Hi

If it is located above the 2 sign, use Shift+2.

On my Norwegian keyboard it is placed to the right of the 2 sign,
and I need to use AltGr+2 (AltGr is the Alt key to the right of
the Space key), or Ctrl+Alt+2
