Switching Users

Whenever i try to switch users (not log off), it doesnt let me. The only way
i can switch is to log off the other user first. I already have my user
settings set to "Use switch users" Please help!

Do you have third-party software installed that disables Fast User
Switching, such as pcAnywhere for example?
