Switching Users in Windows XP

This may be a Dell problem, but they were no help when I contacted them. The
problem is that when I switch between two users in XP (it's the Media Center
edition, if that matters), I get an "end program" dialoge that says
"shellhiddenicon" or something similar. When I end the program, everything
is fine, but I find this annoying and can't figure out what the offending
program may be. Has anyone else encountered this? Any solution ideas?
