Switching Outlook Contacts to Apple computer

I have been unable to find away to import my Outlook
contacts and calender information to a Apple/Mac
Powerbook G4 using the OS X platform. Can anyone give me
some suggestions.I have Entourage X as email.

Not sure about how to deal with your calendar information, but you can
export your Outlook contacts to a spread sheed, then import them from the
spread sheet to you apple application.
