We have Microsoft XP and are on a wired home network. We
have switched from Outlook Express to Outlook, but are
unable to switch identities (having two e-mail
accounts). Is there a way of doing this?

Are you referring to Microsoft Office XP or Windows XP? We need to know your
Outlook version.

Outlook doesn't have "Identities", the nearest thing is "Profiles"

What OS are you using?

I've just done exactly the same as the original poster and was looking for
an answer prior to making my own request to the group. Searching this group
sure saved me some time!

Anyway, Patrick, here's MY answer: Outlook XP running in Windows XP Pro.

Outlook XP uses profiles as opposed to identities. If you select Start |
Settings | Control Panel and open the Mail applet, you can set up multiple
profiles by selecting the Show Profiles button, and then Add.

That would be Outlook 2002, which is part of Office XP.
