Switching between programmes >>> Pls help >>

I am trying to switch between programmes using the keyboard shortcut by
pressing.... Alt and Tab .... at the same time, like i used to, but its not
workin nemore. Wots to b done ?? Pls help..
 
I installed the Power Toy as suggested, but I still can not switch between
programs. The function won't change to another program unless is also use
the enter key.
