Switchboard on startup

How do I ensure that when a user starts my database the
main switchboard is automatically maximised?
 
Hi Alan,

I'm fairly new to Access so I'm not sure if this is the
_best_ way to do it. Someone else might offer you some
code to achieve this - I'll be keeping an eye out :-)

Create and save a new macro and set the action
to "Maximise". Then open your switchboard form in Design
View. In the form properties set the On Open to the macro.
