Switch Between Windows button

Don't seem to have a Swith between Windows button on my taskbar. Am able to
engage Flip 3D using control, windows button and tab. When I select a
screen, Flip 3D deactivates. Would like to keep it in Flip 3D mode and
restore Switch Between Windows button if possible. Any Suggestions are very
much appreciated.
 
Every User Account has a Switch Between Windows button on the Quick Launch
toolbar.

You can use the Default user account to get another copy.

Open Windows Explorer and go to
C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch.

In the Quick Launch folder, you will see the Switch Between Windows button.
Right click this file and select Copy. Now go to the same location in your
user folder and paste the file there.
