I've elimated the SWEN wurm in my computer but it is
still multiplying in my Juno e-mail. How can I get rid
of it?

Should I restore to an earlier date?
Should I delete Juno and start a new account?

Can you help me?

Thanks

Lou Ann

Do you have good antivirus software that scans mail? If so, and it's
catching these, just delete the messages if you don't feel like changing
your e-mail address. Always munge your email address when you post in
usenet, or put in a fake one entirely.

In JUNO, your Account data actually resides on their Server, as well as on
your PC. Check to make sure you have NOT checked the box that will prevent
JUNO from 'importing' your account to another computer. You DO want to be
able to re-install your Account onto your computer! Once you've done that,
go into Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove and REMOVE JUNO from your computer
entirely! (Make sure you write down your Account Name/Password first,
though!) Perform a Start/ShutDown/Restart. After that, re-install your JUNO
software from the CD or by downloading it from their Home Page. When it asks
for an Account Name, use your old one, complete with Password, to
re-initiate JUNO from their Server. Once this is done, your virus problem
*SHOULD* be gone. If not, contact me again.
