I recently started getting loads of swen virus emails,
all different messages and some returned email letters
that claimed I have sent them and email with a virus. I
have gotten as many as 100 a day. I use Norton Internet
security and have downloaded the removal tool and ran it
twice, it says no virus detected. Is it possible I just
got on some bad address lists or could I have an
undetectable virus? I also check all my outgoing mail to
be virus free. How do I know for sure I don't have a w32
swen virus?

You only get the virus if you "open" one attachment of
the offending emails. Just delete the emails without
opening anything. Might want to set filters if your
email tool has filters.

Hi Wayne,

You got on a bad address list. Simply delete the emails or create a filter
to mark them as read and delete (how you do this depends on your email
program). If it gets too bad, you may need to change your email address.
