Swapping Files on H.Ds

I want to move all my files & win xp from my 40G HD to my
60G HD I believe this is possible with win xp, I have
tried but without success. Any help will be appreciated.

You'll need a third party application like Norton Ghost or Drive Image from
Powerquest.
