Basically they are Windows XP Services are are all started at bootup ...
with different arguments. If you have Windows Defender, you can see how
different each one is.

At sysinternals.com you can d/l ProcessExplorer, a freebie. With that you
can easily look inside each svchost to see what services it hosts.

svchost stands for "Microsoft Service Host Process" and is what windows
uses to run services such as "Remote Access Auto Connection Manager"
which is needed to creat a vaild connection to a remote network such as
