confused

hey, theres this program that runs called SVCHOST but it
takes up loads of CPU usage and therefor slows the
computer way down, can anyone tell me why it does this
or how i could run it without it takin up so much CPU
space?

end task on it in the task manager and see what

happens.if it works poorly reboot the box,and your back
to square one.
