svchost.exe error after diaup and using IE5.5 or outlook express

after I log on with dialup networking with win 2000
Thats when I get the error Msg about 10 minutes after Dialup
and especially using IE 5.5 using Netscape it does not
happen as fast if at all but it doe's using Outlook
Express and IE 5.5 for sure everytime and then i'm unable
to Disconnect
I have to Restart to have a Normall Win 2000 Desktop again ,
as long as I dont use IE and Outlook express
can someone help me Please I have been Fighting with this
for about a week already and Cant figure it out and dont
know how to fix it.
