Svchost.exe and system.exe using 100% cpu

Right after I start the computer, from task manager it shows that svchost.exe is using 50 to 70% and system is using 30% of the CPU. Virus scan and spyware scan being performed. The problem still exist.
This happen right after I start using the Juno speedband. I don't know if this could be a possible cause

That is definitly a syptom of the RPC exploit.
