I have a small business network with 5 computers on it. When I did the
network, everything was working properly. We moved into a new office and now
one of the PC don't want to connect to the network anymore. The first time I
started it after the move, the network icon was blinking, I mean that it was
connect and disconnect right after and reconnect and disconnect, etc! I
played with the duplex setting and now it stay connect for a while and every
about 5 minutes, it disconnect and reconnect right away. That's not good! And
that's not it, the IP that it return to me is not a IP that I should have
from my router. I tried to release and renew, but it's not able to renew it.
Now I'm completely lost! I reformat the PC and still the same thing. So now
I'm sure that this is not a software problem, I'm pretty sure that it is a
hardware problem. Can somebody help me with this issue? Thanks in advance!

Open the machine and reseat the NIC. If that doesn't solve the issue,
uninstall the NIC and replace it with a known-working one. Let us know
if that doesn't work.

How I do that, reset the NIC?

I didn't say "reset"; I said "reseat". IOW, with the computer unplugged
open the case and remove the NIC. Make sure the contacts are clean and
then carefully put the NIC back in its PCI slot. Since the problem
occurred after you moved the machine, perhaps the NIC is not really
snug in its slot.

If it is on onboard NIC, put in a PCI one. A decent NIC costs under
$20USD.
