Greetings:

Went to Sue Mosher's page:
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/survey.htm. Downloaded, extracted and
launched the 'OSURVEY' file. A new email appeared to compose but the
expected macro message did not. I am a novice but I've read the instructions
carefully. I do not see how to proceed with creating a survey. I would also
prefer to save the survey to my Outlook rather than publish. My environment
is as follows:

Windows network with most current exchange server [enterprise version].
Outlook 2003

Much thanks for continued guidance in this issue.

Tools-> Macro-> Security-> set it to Medium and restart Outlook.

There are also 3rd party add-ins that allow you to create surveys like;

If you decide to order use "4PM76A8" to get a discount

Macro Security set to medium. Launching the "osurvey" file. A new email to
compose appears just as last time. I see that the instructions on the
webpage refer to Outlook 2000/2002. Is there something in 2003 that might
prevent proper launch. Also, I've come in to my office this evening to
perfect this thing. What would happen if I try to continue through citrix?
Still in need of guidance and still appreciative of all the effort on my
behalf.

VBA security settings have no bearing on Outlook form operations. See my response to your other thread on this topic.
