Good day
Is it possible to shut off the ability to have the standard right-click
popup menus?

[I could replace with a new menu if that helps, although I don't really have
a need to do so]

The customer has users that are "messing things up" (quoted, not sure what
the specifics were... I did ask) by using the right-click/Subform etc...

Thanks in advance,
Steve

Forms have two properties you can use to control this
ShortcutMenu which can be set to true or false
And ShortcutMenuBar which can be set to a custom value

Reports have just the shortcutmenubar property

Steve

you can.

(I live in Belgium so I have the Dutch version of Office, but i gonna try)

In the menu Extra you have the item startup (or something, in my case its
just above 'Macro') where you can alter some specifications how to start
your access database.

In the bottom left corner you have the choice to switch off (or on) the
pop-up menus.

Thanks for the quick response.

I'm keeping this code for a time when I need a more specific limitation than
that which Stefan provided.

That is exactly what I needed, complete disable/suppression is what the
customer was looking for!

Thanks so very much, Stefan.
