Suppress Recipient List

When sending mail to a group, how can the recipient names be
suppressed?

This feature is available in Eudora. In Eudora the "To:" shows:
"Recipient Names Suppressed". How can I do this using Outlook 2003?

Put the list of recipients in the Bcc field.
