not much information
in your plea for help.
but possibly you might
boot up with windows cd
and do a repair installation
or use the recovery console
with some disk commands
we know that can be used.
the above most of the time
can take care of general issues
with booting up the o.s.
otherwise, you may simply
be having issues with a physical
hardware, like your disk drive
or ram. in which case the hardware
will physically hamper your
system and any attempt to repair
the o.s.
as mentioned not much to
go on with what little you
provided....
