Can Outlook 2002 access Microsoft Mail 3.x?
If so how do you configure Outlook 2002 to do this?

Nikki's reply is correct, but note that it's a use-at-your-own-risk hack.
Also, MS does not support MS Mail anymore - I'd strongly consider finding an
alternative. See http://www.kerio.com/kms_home.html for a very full-featured
workgroup mail server app.
