support can not receive nor send

I am useing outlook 2003 with xp pro. I have 23 accounts set up and one will
not receive. I have tried the help, repair with no results. My error reads
every time"" Task 'mail.greenhousegourmet.com (3) - Receiving' reported
error(0x800ccc92) :"Your email server has rejected your login. Verify your
user name and password in your account properties. Under tools, click E-mail
accounts. The server responded: -ERR[SYS/PERM] Unable to process from lines
(envelopes), change reconition modes or check for corrupted mail drop.
I have been in touch with my isp and he assures me everything is ok on his
end however all of my accounts work except this one and it is configured the
very same way as all of the others?
Can one have too many letters in an address?
(e-mail address removed).
One more thing, I have a catch all userid that works for this account?
I have been using outlook express for years and have had these emails as
long. I have tried the account on outlook express and I get the same error?

Can you help

Try using your email address as your username on the account that is not
working. Another poster got exactly the same error message (the
"-ERR[SYS/PERM] Unable to process from lines (envelopes), change reconition
modes or check for corrupted mail drop") and switching to their email
address fixed the problem.
