Hi Lino,

Could be your CPU or power supply fan slowing down due to wear and tear.
Or if you have a new PC. Click Start / Run type in taskmgr and click OK.
On the Processes tab, click the CPU heading to sort on the most busy
process.
Watch the LH side to see if anything moves when the beep happens. You can
maybe get the name of the process and let us know.

i keep getting a bip sound from my pc

When you do what ? And is it through speakers or from the actual computer ?
i have done all the scans but it wil not go away

If it is latter, I have no idea; an old unit I had beeped every time I
booted.

If it's associated with a specific action, you probably have a sound
associated with it. Go to Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Sounds
tab. All items having a sound associated with it have a ball-like icon next
to them. Next to the Browse bar is a >. For each item with above icon,
click on > and listen for what the sound is. If/when you locate the sound
you don't want, click on V next to sound name box on left to get a list. Go
all the way to the top and click on "None". Apply and OK to close.

If it continues repost and others may have a better solution, should this
fail.
