Hello,

I have an inventory report that has a calculated control of +/- cost. I
am trying to put a sum([txtInventoryCost]) txtbox in the page or report
footer section but it does not work right. If it is in the page footer the
txtbox returns 'error' if its in the report footer it acts like a parameter..
'Promts for value'... I am assuming that you can sum a calculated control...
Any ideas would be great...

You can't sum a control. You can generally sum the expression from a
control.
