sum problem in report

i have sum problem in the report, if i using wizard to sum up total invoice
amount is no problem, but if i using text box, i get error, i cant get total
invoice amount.

in control source i use
=Sum([InvoiceAmount])

If you are using a subform, using:

=Sum([InvoiceAmount])

in the footer is correct. Then in the main form, refer to the the text box
in the footer as your control source:

= Forms!MyFormName!MySubformControlName.Form!txtTotal
