I've had a read of it now, but I can't find out how it would stop spammers? I've used some of the IP blocks that it suggests though

I'm looking at a vBulleitn product called SpamBuster, which if it seems to do the trick I'll implement tomorrow and should solve the problems

Someone i do some IT work for used something like this recently to stop spammers.
Seems that some sites like to name & shame those who like to spam forums.

I do however suggest you look at "Amazing Lottery News" thread for stunning news info

SpamBuster is now installed and active From now on, any spam that isn't detected automatically (using a points based system for all users with less than 20 posts) is placed into a moderation queue that I can accept/reject

Over the comming weeks I'll keep an eye out for anything that gets past it and add new keywords

My ISP blocks spam ... trouble is it ain't, I'd rather just delete what I don't wan't and not them delete what I do want.

Yup, nothing is broken at all (I think!).
