suggestion for dock and toolbar controls?

Can someone suggest a good, stable docking control and toolbar control
for vb.net?

I've just spent the last several weeks working with syncfusion's
toolsuite, and rarely have I encountered so buggy a set of components.
Disappearing items, bad screen refreshes in the IDE. This product is a mess.
