Subtotals at change of more than one field

Hi,

Is it possible to have subtotals at the change of more
than one field. Lets say i have headers like
Region,Salesrep & amount, can i draw a subtotal at each
change of Region and at each change of salesrep within
that region?

For sure. Just run through the subtotal process specifying Region, then do
it again specifying SalesRep. This is covered in XL help ; search for
subtotal, then choose Overview. You should get a Display Nested Subtotals
topic, go into that then "more information". It'll emphasise that you must
first sort the list by the two subtotal categories.
