subtotal automatically update

Hi to all
I am useing subtotal from data menu for my passbook.
What i do is when i want subtotal i copy data into new worksheet and use
subtoal from data menu. every time.
Is there any way that i can be updated automatically when i type data in
datasheet and it update in copy sheet where i used subtotal.

Is any help.

You could have both sheets selected at the same time.

What happens then is that whatever is typed on one sheet appears on the other.

Hi Tiya,

In a cell of your choice, type

=SUBTOTAL(9,A1:A2000)

adjust formula to reflect the column and number of line you want to add
....
