Hi, I have a large worksheet with dates in it using spanish format:
dd/mm/aaaa. When I want to substract two dates, as my Operating System and
Excel are in English it consider the date as in english: mm/dd/aaaa.
Therefore the result is wrong. Any suggestions? It is driving me nuts. I've
tried specyfing in the cells format Date Spanish, it still goes wrong. Thanks
in advantage!

Hi
if the values are stored as Excel date values the format is not
relevant for mathematical operations. so
A1-A2
should work. Just format the resulting cell as 'Number'

Frank, still it doesn't work, the result continues being VALUE. And the
values are stored as Excel date values.
