substituting Outlook instead of Outlook Express

I am working in Windows XP, but have Outlook Express for e-mail. I want to
put the regular Outlook -- I don't care which version -- onto my computer
instead. I use Outlook at work, and I can connect to it from home via a vpn
connection. But I don't want to have to do that.

If there were a calendar function for Outlook Express that I could add, I
would settle for that, if that's easier.

I have not been able to find anything online that can help.

Purchase an Office Suite (2003 is current but January 30 will be 2007) and load it on your computer, or just Outlook if that is all you need. If it is just Outlook, you can purchase a standalone version from amazon.com
