Subject Title in red color

i am using Microsoft Outlook 2000, i received some email from other ppl and
the subject that showes in my Outlook is in red color. Is there anyway to set
it as normal color?(black).

thanks. But below can not solve my problem.
Actually is the subject title in red color. The email is send out by me to
few people, one of them reply to all of us and only me get the replied email
red in subject title, but other people getting the normail subject title
(auto color).Thanks.
