In design mode I got the subform from the toolbox and placed it on the form.
Linked the Subform to a query, all works fine - BUT - I have asked before,
was assured I could do it:-
I have set the backcolour for the form and have tried everything I can think
of to find a way of doing the same for the subform, but backcolour is NOT in
the properties list of the subform. In the sample database - Northwind -
their subforms appear seperately in the list of forms, and clicking one in
design mode, one sees what looks like a normal for, with header etc. Mine
does not appear seperately in the list, when I click the main form in design
mode, it appears, with the subform on it as a white plain box. What am I doing
wrong ?
Thanks, Al
