When an attachment is opened in Outlook 2002(not using
right click-open, but rather double left click and select
open from location), the default location for a 'save as'
is and OLK3 folder located in Temporary Internet Files.
A user made changes to a file and left the save location
to this OLK3 subdirectory, and now cannot get to the
file. A search will not bring it up, nore can you see
the OLK3 folder in the Temp Internet Files directory. I
checked several other PCs, and some of them name the
subdirectory OLK9, OLKA, and others. What is this OLK
subdirectory, and is it possible to get to it?

Thanks

It is a "HIDDEN" file. You need to change your
search to include "hidden" system files.

If this is a W2K operating system the subdirectory
may be locked out to the client. The administrator
may have to relax the permissions a little.
