Sub-Form Stopped Accepting new Records

I have Access 2007 database running Vista Premium, on the main form is a tab
control. One of subforms has stopped allowing me to creating new records.
(Even the nav bar New Record button is grayed.) What could have caused
this?

well; if the subform is sourced on a query; and you have redesigned that
query so that it is no longer an update-able query that would be one
explanation; to find out...just open that query directly and attempt to
update some info into it manually....

of course you maybe have the property of the subform set at "Additions" or
"Edits" to no.....that would be another cause...
