STYSTEM CRASHES

HI,
My IBM 800mhz PENT III, pc133 256ram , running win xp
pro.
After system runs for about a hour it keeps auto
restarting sometimes a serious error dialog would come
up. I checked the fans on both the power supply and the
processor. I'm lost could it be the memory? All
suggestions are highly appreciated... please help

Look in the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools for any

error and warning messages. And check the device manager
for possible bad drivers which need to be updated. There
was a blaster worm which did cause this, so run a updated
virus and worm scan too. Cheap under powered or faulty
power supplies may do this as well. Good luck.
