Stuck in Safe Mode!

Help!... While trying to fix a 'w32.randex.gen' problem on a computer, we turned off the System Restore function. Now we are stuck in safe mode and cannot turn the System Restore back on while in Safe Mode! How can I get out of this loop?

Go to Start > Run > msconfig
boot.ini tab
and uncheck 'Safemode.' Click accept then reboot.

The file 'w32.randex.gen' you are talking about is relates to virus.If you are stuck in safe mode.To resolve this error click on start--run--type msconfig in that on general screen put a check mark at selective startup and uncheck every option accept boot.ini and reboot the computer.And if you are boot the computer in normal mode just start checking each and every thing.
