Stuck in Bllack screen/Can't get into Windows XP

I need help. When I boot on my screen is black and reads as follows
Network sselected as first boot device for currnt boot. ( This is a the botom of the page.
Intel (R) Pentiam (R) 4 Processor, 1.90GHz system ram
MV85010A..86A.0025.P10.020328215

Nothing else and it countsdown the ram until it gets to the end and then nothing else happens. What is wrong with my computer. I get getinto windows and I cannot even boot into safe mode
HELP!!!!!!
 
Go into the Bios and set your hard drive as first boot device. Look in
the Manual if you have to.
