Should I use the same key pair file for multiple different assemblies (dll)
or generate a different sn keypair file for each dll?

Depends on the relationship between the assemblies and your own company's
policy.

If the assemblies are related, and they will always be bundled together,
then it makes sense to use the same key.

There is also the issue of how secure you want your assemblies to be.
Naturally if you have one key, and that key gets stolen, it is easier for
some black hat to impersonate all your assemblies.
