strikethrough comes after pressing del and backspace key

Hi,
In Word, The text which i want to delete using Delete or Backspace key will
not be deleted but a strike through goes throgh those text which i want to
delete.it will show that the text with strikethrouth will be edited from the
current text document..
Hope u'll help me to solve this problem. bye

It sounds like you have Track Changes turned on. To turn it off, select
Tools -> Track Changes
 
And then Accept All Changes in Document.
