You mean stream part of the desktop AS IF it was a web cam?

If that is what you are asking, yes it can be done with the screen capture
of windows media encoder 9.0 free from microsoft

www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia

all you have to do is set it up and then you can broadcast the image up to 5
people
with the built in media server.
