I have a client the uses Toshiba Stratagy Enterprise Administrator for their
phone system. The computer in question is 3 months old. I've updated the
BIOS, video, audio, etc. If it's available, it's updated. The problem is,
when the software is first installed it works great until you reboot. After
the reboot it fails. Here is what I've found, running RegCrawler, after
initial install, comes back with 31 hits on Stratagy, after a reboot, it
comes back with 27 and the program no longer works. Any clues as to where the
needed entries have gone and how to prevent this behavior?? All the missing
hits are uner HKEY_User. Thanks.

This is definitely a question for the Toshiba Strategy Enterprise
Administrator tech support people.
