Everytime I go to certain websites, I keep getting an
amazon.com pop-up ad. It is the same ad over and over
and there is no close option. It happens on several
different websites and once it comes up, you can't go any
further unless you want to shop on amazon.com. The
address for this site is http://209.47.15.67/int/set?
type=120-600. Is there some way to stop this from
happening? Is this some sort of virus? All virus scans
come up negative. Is there some way to block this
address from my computer?

I am having the EXACT same problem. If you have figured out how to correct this please let me know. Thanks

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
