Strange occurance

I was hoping you would have some time to help me with a problem. Randomly one
of my forms stoped allowing entery and when i looked into in the table had
been populatied with data from the wrong text boxes. I checked the form and
they were still connected properally nothing had changed that i could see. I
Then compacted and repaired the database and everything went back to working
properally the only problem is my append query based on that table now says
that it cannot append due to nulls and conversions. I check again and fields
copied are the same format. and do not contain any nulls. Any ideas how to
fix this or why this occured.

Hello Mary,

Send me a zipped copy of the database and I will look at it for you. Be sure
to include the name of the problem form and the name of the append query.
