I was downloading music and got a file with one that I can not get rid of.
It says it is a .jpg file but when I open it it says no preview available.
Which is good because it has the name of the file as homemade pic of naked
girlfriend...
When I right click I only get about 1/2 the menu in the choices and delete
is not one of them. when I try to use delete in the menu section on the left
of the screen nothing happens. I can't even rename the file so that my kids
do not read the name.
How do I get rid of this file?
Click it once to highlight it and press the "Delete" key?
Try This First:
1. Close all open programs.
2. Open a command prompt.
3. Right-click the taskbar, and select Task Manager.
4. On the Processes tab, select Explorer.exe, and click the End Process button.
5. Minimize Task Manager, but don't close it.
6. At the command prompt, use the Delete command to remove the file, and close the command
prompt.
7. In Task Manager, go to File | New Task (Run).
8. In the Create New Task dialog box, enter Explorer.exe, and click OK.
9. Close Task Manager
